OUR AUSTIN FLATS
Austin's Eastside Flats offers private flats in the culture-rich east side of downtown Austin.

The Upper Flat sleeps four and features one bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, living room and a fantastic terrace. The couch in the living pulls out into a comfortable bed for two and the flat is stocked with an ironing board and iron, large flat screen tv, hair dryer, high speed wifi and many more amenities.

The Lower Flat features a master bedroom suite with a private bathroom, sitting area, and private entrance. The flat sleeps two people comfortably and is equipped a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, ironing board and iron, large flat screen tv, hair dryer, and high speed wifi.
We are licensed by the City of Austin to host guests as an STR Type 1 property.
JEN'S PLACE ASHEVILLE
Jen's Place is our warm family home in Asheville, North Carolina.

Our warm family Asheville home has four restful bedrooms, two and half baths, homey living room, fully stocked kitchen, fun media/game room, a glowing fire pit, beautiful deck, tree lined property in western Buncombe County, North Carolina. Minutes from downtown Asheville, The French Broad River, amazing restaurants, bars and breweries.
YOUR HOSTS
Hi there, I'm Ryan Rinaldi, your host here at Austin's Eastside Flats & Jen's Place Asheville.
In a former life I was a teacher, coach, and sales executive. Now, I am a proud dad who has the opportunity to work from home and raise my sons with my lovely lady, Jenny. Along with managing our flats I enjoy spending time with friends and family, woodworking and playing outside.
You'll find my woodwork throughout the flats, for example, the bathroom vanities, window treatments, barn door, the terrace and staircase.
Jenny and I love hosting guests and helping them experience our fantastic city. Let us know what we can do to make your stay wonderful.

The Upper Flat's living room features a flat screen smart TV, vaulted ceilings and a couch with chaise lounger that pulls-out to a bed for two.

3 SECONDS OF (ALMOST) FAME
Don't blink or you'll miss it...
In 2017 our Upper Flat's main bathroom was used to showcase the application of a new product. It may only be 3 seconds of screen time but we are honored the producer chose our guesthouse to film. The director and director of photography stayed in our Upper Flat while filming in Austin.
Unfortunately, this product never made it to market and the ad campaign never launched.
